By accessing or purchasing access to Pocket f2 Select, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of the Module

Pocket f2 Select is a decision-support tool designed to standardize execution criteria for comparative dissolution evaluation.

It is:

Not a validated GxP system
Not regulatory advice
Not a substitute for scientific judgment
Not a guarantee of regulatory acceptance

All regulatory decisions remain the responsibility of the user and their organization.

2. Beta Status

Pocket f2 Select is released under a controlled beta model. Features and access conditions may evolve.

3. Access Conditions

Beta access includes:

30 days or 30 runs (whichever occurs first)

Access is granted to a single user and may not be shared, sub-licensed, or redistributed.

Access duration, usage limits, pricing structure, and feature availability may evolve as RegXpertPRO transitions from controlled beta to broader release models.

4. Intellectual Property

All software logic, encoded regulatory criteria, structure, and branding remain the intellectual property of RegXpertPRO.

Users may not:

Copy or reverse engineer the logic
Extract, replicate, reverse engineer, or commercially reproduce the encoded execution logic or structured rule frameworks
Redistribute module outputs commercially

5. Limitation of Liability

RegXpertPRO shall not be liable for:

Regulatory rejections
Deficiencies
Submission outcomes
Commercial losses

Use of the module is at the user’s discretion and risk.

6. Data Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that no confidential, proprietary, or regulated submission data is stored beyond intended analytical evaluation use. RegXpertPRO does not assume responsibility for regulatory data governance within user organizations.

7. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated in cases of misuse, sharing of credentials, or breach of these terms.
